Shipping and delivery

1. Digital guides
After payment confirmation, download links are emailed to the address you provide. Delivery is usually within one business day. Check spam or junk folders. If you do not receive access, contact us with your order details.
2. Printed bundles
We ship printed guides within Australia using standard post from Penrith NSW. Typical delivery times:
- NSW metro: 3–6 business days
- Other states: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas: up to 14 business days
Postage is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Tracking is provided where available.
3. Pick-up
You may collect orders by appointment at 6 Peachtree Rd, Penrith NSW 2750. Call +61 2 4731 3355 to arrange a time.
4. Delays and loss
We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control. If a parcel appears lost, contact us within 21 days of dispatch so we can investigate with the carrier.
5. Incorrect or damaged items
Report damaged or incorrect printed goods within 7 days of receipt with photos where possible. We will replace or refund in line with our Return policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
